In a SMALL GROUP you will find the five purposes of London Christian Fellowship:

 

· An opportunity to WORSHIP with a small group of other believers

 

· People who will challenge and assist you in praying for and reaching out to others around us who do not know Christ – EVANGELISM

 

· A regular time for Bible study and discussion that will help you to grow in your spiritual walk – DISCIPLESHIP

 

· A place where you can exercise the gifts God has given you to bless the lives of others - SERVICE

 

· Friends who will genuinely care for you and pray for you; weekly times of fun, food and – FELLOWSHIP

Small Groups are the building blocks of London Christian Fellowship. They are a safe place where people can develop friendships with others, share the joys and struggles of life and help each other to grow in their relationship with God.

Our small groups vary in flavor, what they study, when they meet, etc. We invite you to find one that suits your style and schedule and experience the difference that a small group can make in your life.

Small Groups at London Christian Fellowship

The LCF Leadership Team wants to encourage each of you to connect regularly in meaningful ways with others here at London Christian Fellowship.

 

We hope to begin some new small groups this fall, based on the level of interest and the availability of leaders. If you would like to participate in a small group or have interest in leading a small group please contact Rob Swartz.

 

Following are some options for you to consider being a part of. Hopefully there will be some more groups beginning soon.

Small Groups

Ladies’ Bible Studies by Beth Moore

 

Contact persons: Marsha Schrock and Doris Swartz

 

Currently we are studying the Psalms of Ascent, Psalms 120—134.

 

Each Bible study includes:

Watching video teaching sessions by Beth Moore (one every other week)

Completing weekly homework in-between each video teaching session (Due to our busy schedules we will allow two weeks instead of just one to complete the 5 days of homework.)

 

Other Beth Moore studies that we have completed include:

♦ Believing God

♦ Living Beyond Yourself” (The Fruit of the Spirit)

♦ Daniel—Lives of Integrity, Words of Prophecy

 

Who: any ladies who want to grow in the knowledge of God’s Word

 

One group meets every other Tuesday evening. The other group meets every other Wednesday morning.

Leaders: Kevin & Kristen Duncan

Kevin & Kristen Duncan live in London with their 2 preschool daughters. They are big Ohio State fans! :) Kristen enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with her daughters. Kevin likes to spend time outdoors and with his family.

 

Kevin and Kristen are excited about leading this small group that will be studying the book “Living Victoriously in Difficult Times”.  If you are interested in being a part of this group, please contact them.
