At LCF, we have lots of children in a wide range of ages. We do our best to provide suitable and fun activities for each age.

 

Following are some of the opportunities we offer for kids to grow in Christ and have fun:

 

Children’s Church

On Sunday mornings, during the sermon time those who are preschoolers have their own time where they can do music, learn Bible stories, make crafts, enjoy a snack, etc.

 

Junior Youth

Kids in 5th thru 7th grade are invited to attend Junior Youth meetings which are held at the church every other Sunday evening. Phil and Becky Hostetler serve as our junior youth leaders and do their best to keep up with this energetic group. Their times together include a Bible lesson, games and snacks.

 

Youth Group

The LCF youth group is for kids in 8th grade and up. They usually meet from 5:30—8:30 p.m. every Sunday evening for a time of student led Bible study, games and snacks. Ryan and Kris Freed are the youth leaders.

 

They often enjoy taking summer missions trips to share God’s love with others.

 

Family Sunday

The last Sunday of each month is designated at LCF as “Family Sunday”. The whole service is planned to be of interest of everyone, especially the kids. It’s always a big hit with the kids when Pastor Ryan does a “Jungle Jam” story!

 

Sunday School

Each Sunday there are age specific Sunday School classes for kids age 2 thru 8th grade.
