Attention men:

♦ Join is for our Fantasy Football draft after church today. Contact Richard Troyer if you have questions.

♦ Invite a friend and join us for a white water rafting trip. (Be sure to let Kevin Duncan know if you would prefer to go September 27 & 28 or October 4 & 5.) It will be a time for fellowship and outreach to our friends. Contact Kevin with any questions.

Attention ladies:

♦ Join us for a shopping trip to the Jeffersonville Outlet Malls on Saturday, September 6. Meet at Kara Thoman’s at 10:30 a.m. to carpool together.

♦ The annual Women Anew conference (www.womenanew.org) will be held October 24-26 at the Lodge at Sawmill Creek Resort in Huron, Ohio (along Lake Erie). If you are interested in attending with a group of ladies from LCF please have your registration form and money to Doris by August 31. If you need a registration form or have any questions, contact Doris.

Teachers are needed for the Fall and Winter Sunday School quarters. If you would be willing to help out in this way please take a minute to sign up for the class of your choice on the sign up sheets in the foyer. If you have questions contact Molly Rosati.

Steve & Phyllis Swartz will be leading a parenting class on 4 consecutive Wednesday evenings (September 17 & 24, October 1 & 8). Please be in prayer for Steve & Phyllis as they prepare and teach as well as for the parents who will be attending. More details will be coming soon.

The Junior Youth will kick off the school year with a pizza and pool party at Dave & Colleen Wolford’s on Sunday, August 24, from 4-7 p.m. All incoming 5th graders are welcome to attend.

Although Elizabeth’s Hope Pregnancy Resource Center has closed, some local individuals have organized Lifepointe Family Center (LFC). They hope to open in early September at the same location, 42 West 1^st Street, London, and will continue services to families in crisis pregnancy situations. If you are interested in being a volunteer, please contact Megan Colwell: lifepointefamilycenter@yahoo.com.

Our church will be collecting items listed under Baby Shower Options #1 and #2 on the list that was in your mailboxes last week (it’s also on the bulleting board). Please bring your items to church by September 7^th. If you’d like a receipt for tax purposes, please include your name and address on the items you donate. If you have questions, see Vicki.

A work day has been set-up for Lifepointe Family Center on Friday, August 22^nd from 10 AM to 6 PM at the center which will be located at 42 West 1^st in London. Anyone interested in volunteering for a few hours please send an e-mail the times you are available to lifepointefamilycenter@yahoo.com or call Twyla McNamara.

LCF’s annual church camp-out will be held at Camp Clifton September 19-21. It’s a week-end that you don’t want to miss! Please turn your registration envelope with payment in to Dave or Colleen Wolford, Dale or Sharon Headings or Jeff or Kara Thoman by August 31.
